“The Directors have reviewed the Company's cash flow forecasts, funding sources, and liquidity position, as well as potential mitigating measures, for the period extending to 31 March 2027, under both base case and plausible severe downside scenarios. Based on this assessment, the Directors are satisfied that the Company has adequate resources to continue operating and to meet its financial obligations as they fall due under all other scenarios. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
