“In undertaking their assessment of the business' ability to continue to trade as a going concern, management has applied comprehensive sensitivities to their financial models and forecasts and remains confident that the business has the ability to withstand these severe but plausible downside scenarios. In all scenarios modelled the business continues to benefit from funding headroom, passes all financial covenants and operates with ample liquidity. On this basis the directors believe it is appropriate to continue to present the annual report and financial statements on a going concern basis.”
