“The directors have assessed the company's ability to continue as a going concern and are satisfied that it has adequate resources to meet its obligations as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. In forming this view, the directors have taken into account the successful £3.5m funding round completed in April 2025, which further strengthens the company's cash position and provides additional headroom. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
