“The directors have considered the future expectations of the entity; the purpose of FASI is to deliver the current Growth Fund contract which is due for completion in June 2026. Upon completion of the contract First Ark Social Investment Limited will cease trading. Therefore, the directors of the company do not consider the company to be a going concern. Accordingly, the financial statements have not been prepared on a basis other than going concern. The financial statements do not include any adjustments as a result of being prepared on a basis other than going concern.”
