“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company is dependent on continued support from the parent company, Droit Operating Company LLC, who have provided written confirmation of their willingness to provide continued financial support to the company for the foreseeable future, defined as at least 12 months from the date of signing the Droit Public Limited Company financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024. Droit Operating Company LLC has prepared group forecasts covering at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. These forecasts indicate that the group has sufficient funding and resources to enable the group to honour all of its obligations to creditors as and when they fall due and to meet its forecasted operating expenditure for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. Based on this support and forecasts, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare these financial statements on the going concern basis.”
