Accordingly, on 1 October 2023 the Company entered into an agreement with Cognizant Worldwide Limited to sell its trade and assets in exchange for consideration. ... The business will cease trading once all active contracts have been novated to Cognizant Worldwide Limited. Contract novation was completed during 2024 and it is expected that the Company will formally close during 2025.”
