“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. In making their going concern assessment, the Directors have given consideration to the nature of the Company's operations and the likely impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on the Company and wider Group. The adoption of the going concern assumption is dependent on the continued financial support of the ultimate parent company, Crescendo (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l., for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. On this basis the Directors of the Company have concluded that there are no material uncertainties that may cast doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Consequently, the Directors have prepared these financial statements on the going concern basis.”
