“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, notwithstanding the deficiency on net assets, which the directors believe is appropriate for the following reasons. The group currently meets its day to day working capital requirements through the availability of funding from its shareholders. The directors have received assurances from the shareholders that the existing loan balances will not be withdrawn for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The directors have also reviewed forecasts prepared for the group for the period to 31 December 2026. From their review of the group forecasts and the cash resources available to the group's shareholders, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. The group made a net loss of £725,079 during the year ended 31 December 2024 and at that date the group had net liabilities of £4,145,153. These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, notwithstanding the deficiency on net assets, because of an undertaking from the shareholders to provide or procure sufficient funds to enable the group to remain in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
