“The financial forecasts prepared by the directors have considered severe but plausible downside scenarios based on the experience of the past 12 to 18 months to assess the impact on the going concern of the Group. These forecasts demonstrate that taking into account a severe but plausible downside scenario the Company and the Group is able to operate within its existing facilities and there is sufficient liquidity headroom for a period of at least 12 months form the date of approval of these financial statements. On that basis, the directors have prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
