“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Group of which the company is a member incurred a loss for the year and has net liabilities at the reporting date, both of which were anticipated as part of its long-term investment and growth strategy. The directors have prepared forecasts and cash flow projections covering a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. These forecasts demonstrate that the Group is expected to have adequate resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Trading since the year end has been in line with budget, and the directors note that confidence in the Group's business model is further reflected by recent investment from private equity investors.”
