- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In assessing the Group's ability to continue as a going concern, the director has considered the current geopolitical situation, including the ongoing tensions in Eastern Europe. The director notes that the Group's exposure to the affected regions has significantly reduced, and they have concluded that these factors do not give rise to material uncertainty regarding the Group's ability to continue trading for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. At the reporting date, the Group had a loan amounting to $17.45 million due to it's parent Gismart Limited (BVI), which was fully repaid during 2025. The director has prepared cash flow forecasts and considered the expected future development of the business. Based on these assessments, the director has a reasonable expectation that the Group will have adequate resources to meet its obligations as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the going concern basis of preparation has been adopted.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
