“The directors have prepared the financial statements on the going concern basis as they do not intend to liquidate the Company or to cease operations, and as they have concluded that the Company's financial position means that this is realistic. They have also concluded that there are no material uncertainties that could have cast significant doubt over its ability to continue as a going concern for at least a year from the date of approval of the financial statements ("the going concern period").”

• “At the beginning of 2022, the Company had an interest bearing loan due from a fellow subsidiary of $228m. $102m of this was repaid in 2022, and the remaining $126m was repaid in July 2023 (see note 8).”
• “On 25 April 2023, the share capital was reduced by £58m and on 11 July 2023, the par value of shares was reduced from $1.00 to $0.01 resulting in a transfer to Reserves of £106m.”
• “In preparing the financial statements, the Directors have considered the impact of the physical and transition risk of climate change as set out on page 3 and concluded that it does not have a material impact on the measurement of assets and liabilities in the financial statements as at 31 December 2024.
