“The directors have prepared the accounts on the going concern basis as they continue to receive support from fellow group companies if required. Furthermore, the loan covenants were in also reset in July 2023 based on revised trading expectations. The Directors have at the time of approving the financial statements after taking into account the factors noted above concluded that the Company has adequate financial resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis.”
