In the financial statements of MGT Teesside Limited for the period ending 31 March 2025, the Directors have undertaken a detailed review of the Company's liquidity requirements compared with the cash facilities available and capital expenditure programme. Further details of this review are disclosed in Note 1.2. The Directors conclude that the Company is a going concern, see note 1.3 for further details.”
