“The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The Directors have considered the current market and economic situations and expect the Company to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future. The Company also has significant liquid investments in two Irish UCITS for which the Partnership has been appointed as investment manager.
