Affirmed

“At 31 December 2024, the group had cash of £11,398,182 and net current assets of £10,091,662. Although the group experienced a net cash outflow from operating activities during 2024, it met its working capital requirement by utilising cash from revenue receipts and from proceeds from shareholder equity funding. The directors have considered the financing requirements of the group for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. In assessing the going concern assumption, the directors have prepared a reasonable worst case forecast that has been subjected to sensitivity analysis. Based on engagements with existing customers and ongoing discussions with prospective customers, the directors are confident that future potential revenues included in the worst case forecast will be realised. In performing their analysis, the directors have not identified any material uncertainties that cast significant doubt upon the group's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Consequently, the directors consider it appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2020 → FY2021 · period ending 2021-12-31 vs 2020-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
