We draw attention to note 1.2 in the financial statements, which indicates that the Company had net current liabilities of £8.4m at 31 December 2024 and is reliant on support from its parent undertaking to meet its financial obligations as and when they fall due, including not recalling amounts owed within 12 months of the financial statements being signed if the Company does not have the ability to repay the liabilities. As stated in note 1.2, these events or conditions, along with the other matters as set forth in note 1.2, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
