“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Directors have prepared projections to 31 December 2027. These projections are subject to regular stress testing over a three year time period. The Company carries out regular liquidity stress testing on cash flow forecasts over a 3 year time period to monitor and manage the impacts of this kind of event. The directors of the parent company Punter Southall Group Limited have confirmed the loan will not be recalled within 12 months from the balance sheet date. In the light of these forecasts and on the basis that intercompany loans would not be recalled within 12 months, the Directors consider it appropriate to continue to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
