“The Directors consider that based on the current and projected performance of the group and taking into account the expected repayment profile of creditors, the group will have sufficient resources available to meet its commitments as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The parent company's Board thus has a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operation, meet its liabilities as they fall due and retain sufficient cash for the foreseeable future. As a result of funding available, the Directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “The directors are satisfied with the Group's annual performance over the past year, turnover has decreased by 18%. Gross profit margin has decreased to £0.3m this year compared to £1.3m as cost pressures have been incurred that have not all been able to be passed onto customers.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
