- “On 9 December 2015 as part of a securitisation transaction, the Company raised funding by the issue of £190,000,000 Class A-1 and £30,000,000 Class A-2 variable fixed rate secured corporate bonds due December 2030 (the "Bonds") and authorised the creation of a £441,900,565 secured variable funding subordinated bond due 2030 referred to as the equity loan stock ("ELS").”
