- “On 15 December 2022, with the support from the majority of the creditors of KNMG, including the Lender, KNMG has obtained a restraining order from the Malaysian High Court which allows KNMG and the Company to negotiate and finalise the terms of a scheme of arrangement with the Lender without the potential threat of any proceedings and actions being brought against the Company in the process.”
