“The directors have at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. At 31 December 2024, the company reported net liabilities of £72,000 (2023: £62,000). The ability of the company to continue as a going concern is dependent upon the continued support of its ultimate parent company, Sinarmas Land Limited which has agreed to provide the necessary financial assistance in order for the company to meet its financial commitments as and when they fall due over the next 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. As a result the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
