“Having considered the Company's future trading position, the Directors are satisfied that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and will be able to meet their liabilities as they fall due. In addition, its ultimate parent company, Exceed Worldwide, provided a letter confirming their intention to provide support to the Company for a period of at least 12 months from approval of the financial statements.
