“The Company has made a profit of £128,877 (2023: £30,073) for the year and has net current assets of £144,605 (2023: £60,301). The net current assets position includes an amount of £212,967 (2023: £212,967) owed to a group Company. Creditors due after one year includes the balance of this group loan of £2,342,593 (2023: £2,555,556). The Directors are confident that the Company has adequate financial resources to continue as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements as the farm is expected to perform in line with the budget and should generate income to cover its costs and the repayment of the said loan. Accordingly, the Company continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
