“The Directors have considered the capital position of the Company as well as the earnings and cash-flow forecasts and have determined that the Company is expected to continue in operation and to meet any obligations as they fall due for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months from the approval of these financial statements. The Directors will continue to monitor external events and will continue to meet regularly to review potential risks as and when they develop. As a result, the Directors do not foresee a going concern risk and accordingly, these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
