Material uncertainty over going concern
Subsequent to the balance sheet date of 31st March 2025, the possibility of a retrospective VAT liability has been identified as a consequence of contracting arrangements, as set out in note 8. There is a potential for this VAT liability and additional VAT in future years, to have a significant financial impact on both the company and its parent undertaking but until this matter has been concluded with HMRC, it is not possible to be certain about or to quantify its impact on the Group. Consequently at the date of signing the financial statements the Directors consider that this potential liability creates a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the Group's ability to continue as a going concern. The directors are taking all possible steps to mitigate the liability and remain confident about the outcome and therefore the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
