“The directors have carried out an assessment of the financial position of the Company and have a reasonable expectation that the Company will be able to continue in operational existence for the next 12 months from the date of this report. The Company will have sufficient resources to meet its obligation as they fall due and the directors do not expect the Company to have any liquidity shortage for a period of at least 12 months from the date of the approval of these financial statements.
