“At 31 December 2024, the company had net current liabilities of £13,891,000 (2023: £14,293,000) including a loan of £17,200,000 (2023: £17,200,000) due to its immediate parent, Stream Bioenergy Bidco 1 (UK) Limited. Stream Bioenergy Bidco 1 (UK) Limited has confirmed it will not seek repayment of this loan for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. After due consideration, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
