“The Directors have reviewed the performance and financial position of the Group and have assessed its ability to Continue as a going concern, taking into account current market conditions and the broader macroeconomic environment, including inflationary pressures, currency fluctuations, and ongoing changes in technology and enterprise IT demand. Given the cash-generating capacity and available resources of Nexthink SA, the intercompany compensation agreements in place with the wider group, and the financial guarantees provided by the parent, the Directors are satisfied that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months following the approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis”
