“The Company generates revenue through the delivery of clinical services but continues to rely on other Group entities for technology, and head office functions. The Company remains dependent on the wider Group to support its operations and, where required, to fund working capital. The US parent has provided ongoing financial support to the Company, including funding working capital requirements. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will continue to meet its obligations as they fall due.”
