“The directors have considered a number of factors including the current and forecast performance of the company and support provided by the company's investors. As the company continues to develop and grow its service offering it is dependent on intercompany support. Fellow subsidiary, United Trust Bank Limited ("UTB"), a UK Regulated bank, provides the necessary funding support to the company to ensure liabilities are settled when they fall due. As at the financial statements signing date, the directors have confidence that UTB would continue to provide this support. Based on these considerations, at the time of approving the financial statements the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources available to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
