“Upon review of the results to date, along with the forecast to 31 March 2027, the directors are satisfied that sufficient resources will be available for the Company to meet its financial liabilities as they fall due. Based on their considerations and enquiries, the directors have no reason to believe that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt about the ability of the company to continue as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date these financial statements are approved, and the directors accordingly have continued to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of these financial statements.”
