“The Directors do not consider there to be significant risk to the going concern of the Company. The Company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through free cash of its subsidiaries. The Company's forecasts and projections, covering a period of at least 12 months from the approval of these financial statements, and taking into account plausible downside scenarios, show that the Company should be able to repay its debts as they become due and payable. The Directors therefore have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
