“The Board has concluded that the company has adequate resources to continue its operations for the foreseeable future, defined as at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. In addition, the Directors have also carried out cashflow sensitivity forecasts for the period end to December 2026 and these demonstrate that it is appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements. Having considered the cash flow forecast of the Company and the take on of clients by the Company post period end, the Directors are of the view that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operation. The Company has assessed the going concern over a period of at least 12 months from the date of the financial statements were approved. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
