“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis as the Directors are satisfied that the Company and the Group consolidated by the parent company (MFM Holding Ltd) have the resources to continue in business for the foreseeable future (which has been taken as at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements). In making this assessment, the Directors have considered the performance of the Company, including a reduction in the total comprehensive loss to £1.8m (2023: £9.5m) and a significantly lower net operating cash outflow of £0.3m (2023: £9.3m).”
