“The directors have prepared budgets for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements which demonstrate that the company has adequate resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due, and to continue as a going concern. A letter of support has been provided by New Relic, Inc. confirming that it is its management's intention to provide financial support to New Relic UK Limited, where necessary, to enable it to meet its ongoing trading obligations in its ordinary course of business activities for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of New Relic UK Limited's statutory financial statements for year ended 31 March 2025. On this basis the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. Accordingly, these financial statements do not include any adjustments to the carrying amounts and classification of assets and liabilities that may arise if the company was unable to continue as a going concern.”
