“After making enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. In addition, the group headed by AIP MC Holdings LLC have confirmed they will provide financial support and access to liquidity, if necessary, to allow the Company to meet their financial obligations as required.
