“At the time of approving the financial statements, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The entity is dependent on the parent company, Aut O'Mattic A8C Ireland Limited for its continued business given all turnover is generated from within the group. The director has received an undertaking from Automattic, Inc. (ultimate parent company) that it will continue to make available such funds as are necessary to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from approval of these financial statements. Thus the director continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
