“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the director's use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

- “The Company has had a transitional year in 2023/24, as it prepares for processing its waste feedstocks in a different way to feed new waste fuel feedstock offtake contracts. The Company has secured four new Long-term UK based Waste to Energy disposal Contracts, each with a minimum of ten-year terms. The first contract commenced in February 2024, the second commences in October 2025. Contract three commences in 2028, and the fourth is 2029.”
