“At the balance sheet date the company had sufficient cash availability and a strong net asset position. Based on the financial forecasts prepared by the directors, the company can settle its liabilities for the foreseeable future, being a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The directors' consider that the cost of living crisis will work in the company's favour as customers switch to budget items and hence are more inclined to turn to Beauty Outlet Limited. The company has continued to demonstrate its underlying financial strength and stability during the period and therefore the directors consider that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”
