“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have considered relevant information, including the annual budget, forecast future cash flows to 31 March 2027 and the impact of subsequent events in making their assessment. It has been announced that NHS England ('NHSE'), a body that commissions work to the Company, is to be abolished. Following this announcement the NHS put out their 'Fit for the Future: 10 Year Health Plan for England', which strongly indicated a continuation of the ongoing use of the Health Innovation networks following the abolishment. Our funding that has been commissioned through NHSE during the year ended 31 March 2025 approximates to 72% of the Company's total turnover. The Company is not aware at the time of signing these accounts of any possible cuts in funding from these bodies for the year ended 31 March 2027. Based on these assessments and having regard to the resources available to the entity, the directors have concluded that there is no material uncertainty in relation to the appropriateness of continuing to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”
