As such the directors have reviewed the forecasts and projections of the group (comprising this company and its subsidiary, CC Data Limited) and sought a letter of support from Bullish Global, a parent entity. Under these scenarios the group possesses a reasonable level of liquidity to meet commitments for at least 12 months from approval of these financial statements without external borrowings. The group therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its consolidated financial statements.”
