The day-to-day liquidity requirements of the Group are sourced either from within the Group or, where necessary, from the continued support of certain other entities within the PLC, such support having been confirmed in writing by Spire Healthcare Group plc as available until 31 December 2026. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the group and parent company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period to 31 December 2026.”
