“Notwithstanding the net liabilities of £2,832,000 as at 31 March 2025 (2024: Restated £1,771,000) and a loss for the year ended £1,480,000 (2024: Restated £712,000), the financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis which the directors feel is appropriate. The directors are confident that the company will have sufficient funds to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
