“The board is required to assess going concern at each reporting period. These assessments require judgement to determine the impact of future economic conditions on the group, including the impact of downward demand pressures. After considering the current financial projections and borrowing facilities available and applying a severe but plausible sensitivity, the directors are satisfied that the group has sufficient resources for its operational needs.”
