“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. CEX.IO Holding Ltd, Cyprus, the immediate parent company, and Mr O Lutskevych, the ultimate beneficial owner, have provided the company available such funds as are needed by the company to enable it to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due. This together with the company's own working capital will, in the opinion of the directors, enable the company to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
