However, based on the Notice on the Announcement on the Resolutions of the 17th Meeting of the 8th Session of the Board of Directors of China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd on 18th April 2024, the Board of the parent company agreed to dissolve and deregister China Merchants Securities (UK) Co., Ltd, and authorized the management of CMS International to handle relevant specific matters. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern.
