“We have considered the trading performance in the context of the risks already mentioned, together with our current financial position. We have updated our business forecasts which extend to December 2026 and reviewed our likely cash flows against our bank overdraft facility as well as the continued support from our principal shareholder. As a result we have a reasonable expectation that we have adequate resources to continue operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, we continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements.”
