“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. The directors have considered the company's cash flow forecast for the period to the end of August 2026 and are satisfied that the company, taking account of the company's reasonably possible changes in trading performance and the current funds available, is able to operate for at least twelve months from the signing of the Annual Report and Financial Statements.
