- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “The next version of Project Zomboid was released as a test version in December 2024, and should launch in full within this calendar year.”
- “During this time we have also been researching and developing new technologies for improved character physics in the game, plus a strong push into our plans for the further future of the game that include a rewrite of its base foundational code.”
- “During this financial year new employees and contractors have been brought onto development and organisational teams, to improve the delivery and consistency of our product to our players - and also to help and support our own team internally.”
- “A core issue for The Indie Stone in this financial year has been key staff absence due to illness and family issues, however all relevant parties have now returned to work.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
